These terms are the agreement between you and Savour. By creating an account or using the app or website, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Savour.
You need an account to use most of Savour. You must be at least 13 years old, give accurate details, and keep your login credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to harm others, or is used to abuse the service.
Savour helps you plan trips: it suggests restaurants and activities, builds a day-by-day itinerary, and keeps a record of what you ate. Parts of it are generated by an AI model.
Treat everything Savour tells you as a suggestion to check, not a fact to rely on. Opening hours, prices, addresses, closures, travel times, booking windows and walk-in advice all change constantly, and AI-generated text can simply be wrong. Confirm anything that matters — a reservation, a closing day, how long a journey takes — with the venue or operator before you count on it. Savour is not responsible for a missed booking, a closed restaurant, a missed flight or a wasted journey.
Savour does not take reservations on your behalf, does not process payments for venues, and is not a party to anything you arrange with a restaurant, hotel, airline or other provider.
Your trips, notes, ratings and photos stay yours. You give us the permission we need to host, store and display that content in order to run the service for you — nothing more. If you publish a trip, recap or collection to a public link, you are choosing to make that content visible to anyone with the link.
Only upload content you have the right to upload. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Please do not:
Some data in Savour comes from third parties such as Google Places, and your use of it is also subject to their terms.
Savour is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in future, we will show the price, what is included and the billing period clearly before you are asked to pay, and nothing will start charging you without your explicit agreement. Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple’s terms, and refunds for those are handled by Apple.
We aim to keep Savour running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
Savour is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost bookings or spoiled travel plans arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use Savour after a change means you accept the updated terms.
